Return a product

Please obtain a Tracking number when choosing a method to return an item. This will ensure you can track its progress on its way back and confirm that it has been delivered. Once it arrives at our facilities it needs to go through and identification and testing process so please allow 2-3 business days to process an exchange or a refund.
