Warranty Policy

Items can be returned for a refund only within the first 30 days of purchase with a 25% restocking fee. There is a $20 charge to test, package, and ship lamps. If an item is deemed defective during the product warranty period, the product will be replaced free of charge to our customers. Customers must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item. All returns without a Return Authorization number are subject to at $25 processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
