All our items are eligible for a refund during the first 30 daysof purchase. In the event of a defect the item is covered forthe time period stated in the product detail page and can be exchanged pending testing back at our facility. All returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Customers must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item.
